FATHER GOD

We believe that there is only one true God who is the eternal King, Creator, and Redeemer of all that is. He is perfectly holy, just, loving, and truthful. He has revealed Himself to be eternally self-existent – one being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

JESUS, THE SON OF GOD

If you don't know him personally, Jesus is real. He is not a religious concept, a moral teacher or merely another historical figure. He is the son of God who entered history in the 1st century, born of a virgin, revealed God the father, preached on and revealed the kingdom of God, healed all who came to him. We believe that Jesus cast out demons, suffered on the cross, rose again on the 3rd day, ascended to heaven, gave his church the great commission to extend his kingdom and do the works he did and greater works. We want to help you meet Jesus and know him better.

DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the often forgotten 3rd person of the trinity. The Holy Spirit is God. He is the giver of spiritual gifts, the comforter and the helper. He inspired the men who wrote the Bible and himself is Lord. The Holy Spirit releases God's tangible presence and indwells believers. Where the Holy Spirit is, God's miraculous power becomes normal, his church moves in love and power, the Holy Spirit confirms the message of the church with power

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power
— Apostle Paul, 1 Cor 4:20

Statement of Faith

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and all scripture is given by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and inerrant, complete and profitable for us today.  We believe that God created the world in six literal 24 hour days. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God.  He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is God’s Anointed One (Messiah), empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring God’s Kingdom to earth.  He was crucified for our sins, died, was buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven, and is alive today, in the presence of God, the Father, and in His people. Jesus will return to judge the world as the scriptures state. We believe we are saved by God’s grace, through faith in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ.  We believe anyone can be restored to fellowship with God by repenting, believing and receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is for all believers and empowers them to witness the gospel here on earth and that all of the gifts of the spirit mentioned in the Bible are available and for today.  As Christians, we believe the the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit dwells within us and enables us to live a holy life and minister the love and power of God as modeled in the book of Acts.

We believe that the Church consists of all who put their faith  in Jesus Christ (regardless of denominational affiliation) and that the church exists to carry out the ministry of Jesus Christ.  And we, as the Church, advance the Kingdom of God by preaching and living the good news of God’s love and grace and by undoing the works of the enemy. We embrace the priesthood of all believers and as leaders seek to equip every Christian to represent God in the world, share the message of salvation, and operate in God's love and supernatural power.

Affiliation & Identity

We are a non-denominational church. Doctrinally and our heart as a tribe we identify with Bethel Church in Redding, CA and our church is a member of the Global Legacy church network.  Learn more at Global Legacy's website. We also have connections with YWAM in Kona, Hawaii and Andrew Wommack's ministry in Colorado.

Vision Statement

We desire to bring multitudes into salvation, wholeness, and freedom through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  With bold proclamation of God’s word, we expect to see the Kingdom of God powerfully demonstrated with signs and wonders and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

We want to have a prophetic, praying, worshipping community that lives in the presence of God where marriages, families, and individuals can flourish—where they can be trained and discipled to obey the Word of God and be transformed into the image of Christ.  We want to see people raised up in each generation to fulfill their destiny in the Kingdom of God. We view the church as both a local and global reality and have a partnership with YWAM (Youth with a Mission) to do our very best to complete the great commission of Jesus in this generation or the next.
